No. Compute, storage and networking are billed at the same rate in Greece, Spain and the USA, so the region is a data-residency decision rather than a cost one.

No. Bandwidth is unlimited and egress is not metered, so the monthly figure in the calculator is the figure on the invoice.

Prices are shown excluding VAT by default. The calculator has a VAT switch so you can see the gross figure, and the exported estimate states which basis was used.

Yes. Paying twelve months up front reduces the effective monthly rate; the calculator shows both the monthly and the annual prepay figure side by side.

Object storage, GPU capacity and Veeam backup are quoted against the shape of the workload. Add them to an estimate and they appear as quoted lines.

Yes. Export it as an Excel workbook or a PDF quote sheet, both of which carry the line items, the totals and the quote reference.

Complete the partner application form. A member of the Antyxsoft sales team contacts you and assists you through the rest of the process; the knowledge base covers the programme in detail.

The billing cycle depends on the subscription plan you select. Monthly plans are billed monthly and annual plans annually, so the cycle can follow your own business requirements.

Customer instances are billed on the services they use, but all billing is handled at the partner level.

Only partners are invoiced directly by Antyxsoft. Each partner manages billing for their own customers, with no involvement from us.

Yes. The location is selected during instance creation in the cloud portal.

Yes. Technical support is part of the programme, and partners also get a dedicated support team. The SLA detail is in our legal pages.

Instances are provisioned in minutes from the control panel. Pick a plan, a location, an operating system and an optional one-click application, and the instance boots with networking already attached.

Yes. Plans can be changed as the workload grows; CPU and RAM changes require a reboot, and additional capacity can also be added as block storage volumes without downtime.

Current Linux distributions and Windows Server images are provided. Linux images are included in the instance price, while Windows and other commercial licences are billed per instance.

Yes. Instances are yours to configure — full root on Linux, full administrator on Windows — with SSH keys or console access from the panel.

Yes. Antyxsoft runs the control plane, including upgrades and high availability, so your team only manages workloads and node pools.

Node pools scale between the minimum and maximum you set, adding nodes when workloads are unschedulable and removing them when capacity is idle.

Yes. Clusters can be attached to a Virtual Private Cloud so nodes and services stay on isolated networks, with firewalls controlling ingress.

GPU products are not available at this time. Support for GPU instances will be introduced soon, expanding access to high-performance computing resources for our users globally.

Training and inference for AI and machine-learning models, rendering and other intensive parallel workloads. Capacity is dedicated rather than shared, and quoted against the shape of the workload.

Yes. Volumes attach to instances in the same location and can be detached and reattached elsewhere without losing data.

Volumes can be expanded while attached; the filesystem is then extended inside the instance. Shrinking is not supported.

Yes. Existing S3 tooling, SDKs and backup targets work against Antyxsoft object storage with a change of endpoint and credentials.

It is quoted against capacity and usage pattern rather than listed, because request profiles differ widely. Add it to an estimate and it appears as a quoted line.

An isolated private network for your resources, with your own address ranges, so instances communicate privately and are not exposed to the public internet unless you choose.

No. Private traffic between resources in the same VPC is not metered.

Rules are defined centrally and applied to instances or groups of instances, so a policy change takes effect everywhere it is attached without touching the guest OS.

It complements it. The cloud firewall filters traffic before it reaches the instance; hardening inside the guest remains good practice.

Traffic can be distributed across instances in one or more locations, with health checks removing unhealthy targets automatically.

Yes. Certificates can be managed on the balancer so backend instances serve plain HTTP inside the private network.

Instances, applications and file data can be backed up, replicated and recovered on schedules you define, with retention set per policy.

Backups are monitored and restores can be verified. Recovery objectives and responsibilities are set out in the service description.
